If you are still using or have old paper files
that are taking up valuable office space that is costing you money just to store them and you haven't had the time to convert to digital format yet, let us convert your old paper files to electronic pdf, word and other format files using our state-of-the-art dedicated scanners. We even have portable scanners that we can come to you with and remember...once you have digital copies of your documents, you no longer need to keep the paper documents, freeing up space and clutter.
You can either send us your files in boxes or folders and we'll return them for a fee based on the courier cost or for a travel fee we can pick them up and return them to you once we've created your digital files or we can securely destroy the paper files for your (usually shredded and/or burned at your request. We can also visit you onsite for a callout and travel fee if you would prefer your documents not leave your site.

➤ CALL-OUT FEE: $40 onsite call-out fee includes full first hour (we won't leave early)
...then $40 per hour charged in 15 minute increments thereafter
...after 7-hours in one day get up to an 8th hour free.

For onsite visits & document pickup and/or return.
Onsite visit = $1 per km from Hervey Bay, Qld, 4655 (charged one way only).
Pickup and return of documents = $2 per km (return fee included).
10% discount for invoice payments within 14-day means you only pay $36/hour.
